   My Family celebrated my mom’s 65th birthday. We attended church as family and followed it up with a breakfast at 211. The breakfast buffet was truly a treat. The muffins pastries croissants were fresh. All of the fruits were fresh. We really enjoyed the omelette station with all the fresh toppings that was made to order in front of you. The staff was polite and accommodating. The atmosphere was calm quiet. It was a simple and pleasant gathering.

   The open table description is far from the actual truth. The restaurant is far from elegant, service was horrible and food was not great. The dinner menu looked more like a lunch menu and they did not have dry aged steaks like advertised in the description.

   The food is fantastic. We had the Valentine's Day prefix. Lamisse was our server and did great until she got busy. We will be back the next time we see a show at Amalie Arena.

   We had a group of 6 from the office for a birthday lunch, we were immediately seated at noon time. Everyone chose to order from the menu instead of going to the buffet. The sandwiches (steak burger and crispy chicken) and salad (salmon) we ordered were fresh tasting and very good.

   The restaurant is very clean and they have a great buffet. Tuesday seems to be taco day and OMG they do it right! It's the only restaurant I will go to around my work area. I give it a 10.

    Room reserved was too loud. Asked for music to be turned down. It wasn't. The room was far too cold. Also requested temp be adjusted. It wasn't. Waiter didn't bring menus for those not having the buffet until well after those having the buffet were eating. Requests for drinks, etc. took excessive amount of time to come or didn't come at all.

    I've been here twice in the last month. Both times service was poor even though it wasn't busy. Not sure why. I'll give it one more try because I love the different lunch buffets but it is aggravating having to try to get someone's attention or wait a long time for what should be normal service.

    Waitress was slow with taking our order and therefore food took a long time (salad and chicken fingers). Food was fabulous! Those of us who had the buffet were extremely satisfied! Unfortunately server blamed food delay on kitchen. However, she did not get our order in, in a timely manner. We will try again tomorrow, because food was fabulous

    Made reservations on Saturday night before Easter, surprised to see one other family dining that night! Elsewhere sold out. Possibly a business spot more than a nice night out restaurant! Shame the ambience and food was nice! The Lounge was definitely popping with people enjoying a great Saturday night in Tampa!

    Arrived at 6:30 for dinner on the Saturday night before easter, had a lobby of waiting patrons and no staff available to seat anyone; restaurant was empty. Walked into kitchen 1 hr after posted time for dinner to find everyone in the kitchen talking.

    We arrived on a Friday night. The restaurant was basically empty. We waited about 10 minutes before someone came to the entrance to seat us. The food in this restaurant is sub par. We ordered 2 appetizers and a flatbread and everything was disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    Good restaurant if you are staying in the hotel. The Filet I ordered was on the tough side which is very unusual for a Filet Mignon. My wife's Sea Bass was good. The service was good. Overall it was a good meal but not great. If I was staying in the hotel, the convenience would have outweighed the shortcomings.

    What an undiscovered gem! Don't be deterred just because this restaurant is in a hotel. Food and service were amazing! And we would have spent much more elsewhere for the same caliber!

    Our family decided to come to 211 Restaurant for our last meal of 2018. Even though the restaurant was experiencing short staff, Adam managed to take care of our table without us having too wait too much for our food or get our drinks refilled. Food was good , specially appetizers. We ordered the filet mignon and the NY strip medallion. Meat had good flavor but for our taste it was over seared :(

    "Fish Tacos" really skimpy...child-size portion, barely found any fish in them; asked for 'half' the alcohol in the Margarita and quite sure I got 'none'!! It was just something sweet, frozen. Very nice Server. Hope to go back and try a steak - maybe the pricey selections are better??

    We were all surprised at the quality of the food. I don't expect much from hotel restaurants, but our experience here was truly pleasant and more than satisfactory. There was a wide variety of options - smaller plates and full entres, each carefully prepared and presented beautifully on the plate. The service was above average - attentive, responsive, but not hovering. Our experience here was good enough that we chose to dine here two of our three nights in town.

    We were staying at the Hilton for a concert we were attending at the Amalie. Since it was Valentine's Day and most restaurants in the area were booked, we decided to have dinner at 211. We were very pleased, to say the least!!! We had the option of selecting either from a price-fixed menu or regular menu and as difficult a decision it was, we decided on the price-fixed menu. The meal was excellent, although it could have been delivered a bit more "temperature" hot than it was received, but the flavors were definitely there and it was very apparent that the chef took great lengths in preparing a meal for the guests that would be memorable. We dined there again for breakfast the next morning and again, 211 did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients and tons of flavor.

    Staying at the Hilton it was extremely convenient due to lack of downtown restaurants. Foor was good, service was great, facility was comfortable even though there was a large (private) happy hour party going on.
