Great service, wonderful atmosphere for our anniversary. We will be back!
Everything was amazing
My Birthday Dinner was a major success thanks to Al Biernat’s friendly and prompt staff! I recommend dining here to anyone!
We go to Al Biernat’s every year for our anniversary. We both selected the specials for that evening and were not disappointed. The red snapper was excellent and our waiter, Jeff, made the evening very special.
Outstanding dining. I had a special friend in town and it was the perfect place and atmosphere. The food is always the very best.
The food is excellent. I was surprised at how crowded it was around the bar. It made it difficult to check in at the host stand. I have dined here many times before and the service was okay at best this time. Nobody went over the specials with us. A server who didn't end up serving us the entire night took our order. I'm not sure if it is because we look younger and the server assumed we don't tip well that we didn't get as much attention or what but it was a little disappointing especially after I talked this place up to the guest that was with me who dined there for the first time.
Birthday celebration with friend and the food was delicious
Saturday night, 8pm, crazy busy, several large parties, very noisy. The valet circle was like the red carpet.
Al Biernat's is a neighborhood spot for us and we go often. It is always busy but they have the best wait staff, kitchen and management who operate seamlessly regardless of how large the crowd is. The food is always consistent and good. We needed a quiet table so we could visit with our daughter, so were seated on the heated patio. The hostess checked on us several times to make sure we were happy and we were. We were a party of 3 and had Cocktails, wine, Prime rib, salmon and lamb chops, and the sinful Banana pie. All were delicious and satisfying. Al Biernat's is our favorite restaurant in Dallas and our go to for entertaining out of town guests.
I was expecting to enjoy one of the best steaks I have ever had. Unfortunately, the food was okay, but I have enjoyed much better for the price. The service and ambiance were excellent.
Service was brisk and good. Food was excellent. Noise level was too high.
I asked for a quiet table and it was perfect. Thanks for making our evening spectacular!
They are always beyond professional and try to make every reasonable accommodation possible so that you can enjoy your time with them. Love, Love Al's!!!
Steak was burnt outside
It was a little more difficult to hold a small dinner party with people just meeting for the first time due to the noise. I would have preferred not sitting next to a very large group of very loud people. But everything else was 100%
Food was fabulous! Lively atmosphere for a Wednesday evening. Matthew our waiter was exceptional!
We had THE BEST DINNER! Our server Tyler rocked! Today was our two yr anniversary and we couldn’t have spent it in a better place!
Our waiter was Glenn and he was amazing!!! He had tons of character; he was very prompt with our service and made our experience very enjoyable! The food was amazing. My steak was perfection and I was very happy the restaurant had au jou. I thoroughly enjoyed my lobster as well; it was super tender and very delicious. My mother had the short rib and she absolutely loved it! My dad had the bone in filet and he ate every speck on his plate. We definitely had a great experience. I do believe the ambiance could have been a little more upscale and more room in between tables... but the food and service overshadowed this by far
The service is impeccable. I have been dining here since it’s opening and have never had anything but first class service and perfectly prepared meals
Loved the atmosphere, food and service. Can’t go wrong with this awesome restaurant!
Feel lucky we found this one. Fun atmosphere, amazing food. Our table had both steak and fish- both were great. Service just right. We’ll be back when we’re in town.
Ate outside on the covered patio for brunch. Great ambiance. Excellent service and really good food.
Best waiter and hostess.
We had a great time. Food was delivered promptly and the atmosphere was amazing!!! Definitely coming back!
Great atmosphere. Very busy tonight, but, still, great service. Oh, and by the way, great food.
Everything was phenomenal.
The food reviews were spot on. I had sea bass while my date had the boar chops. Both were very good. The service was excellent without complaint. If you are looking for romantic ambiance, this is not the place. It was extremely crowd. Fine dining without a romantic setting was slightly disappointing. Would I return, absolutely. I would probably go during the week instead of the day after Valentine’s Day.
Lived up to the hype. Filet was amazing. Cooked perfectly. Presentation was boring but taste made up for it. We thought it was over priced by about 10%. But with their reputation they can do that. Service was good but didn’t care for our seat which was in the front of the restaurant next to the door. Would repeat.
Proposal and Valentines
Ordered half and half calamari which was great with a little kick to it. It was nice to. E able to try both. Chilean sea bass could use a bit more flavor, but texture was amazing. My husband ordered the pork chops, we each took one bite of one and they were amazing! Only problem is that we decided to take them home and when they packed up our food they only packed one! What a waste, that one bite was great though.
Excellent food & service. Open dining room creates a less intimate dining experience, but we still enjoyed our date night!
Mac n cheese was the best ever!! Also definitely try the key lime pie!
Excellent service. Tables are very close, so it feels like you are dining with the person at the table next to you. Salad, soup, and side dishes were outstanding. My steak (16oz. NY Strip) would have been good for $20 at Outback, but it was just mediocre for $60 prime at Al Biernat’s. Very dry and no flavor. “I’ve had better” describes it best.
