    As a gift to my parents, I wanted to treat them to a decadent, holiday meal. The overall experience was truly lovely from start to finish. The warm reception from the hostess team was inviting, the bartender being very accommodating making me a mocktail, the lead server (gentleman with tied back hair) was charming on point with steps of service, and the chef’s tasting menu was impeccable. The only constructive feedback I would give is the fact that my vegan tasting menu lacked variety which lead me questioning why it was the same price as the regular tasting menu. Especially, when they received such high quality proteins. The meal mostly consisted of root vegetables and nightshades, which to be honest, left me feeling not entirely satiated. I think there could more opportunities utilizing legumes, grains, nuts, and exotic fruits if Chef is willing. Stand outs were the vichyssoise, the avocado salad, & the Chocolate V. My parents thoroughly enjoyed the majority of their menu minus the salad course with the gelatinous texture. My dad was quite amused selecting his blade for the beef course. All that aside, it was an incredible experience that so few get to enjoy, so with that said, it was a privilege to get to dine here. Cheers!

    The tasting is good but be prepared for the length of the tasting menu. Although they are taste, it is still very filling. The wine list is sufficiently long as well as the cocktail menu. I will give you a chest to get the wagyu steak and not the chicken if you can eat steak. It was the most amazing steak I ever had. The crust was awesome and had the best flavor.

    The flavors of the dishes were amazing. The plating was well done. Our server seemed a little too busy to look after us well. The rest of the staff was great and took care of us in his absence. The music was too loud and not to my liking. Our sets were right by the kitchen which was fun to watch but there was also a lot of traffic. Cocktails were forgetful.

    Reserve for the tavern/bar area… almost all of the tasting menu items are available but with more options, the ambiance is wonderful, and the service is excellent. I would recommend the 5:30 time slot if you’re planning to replicate the tasting menu. We didn’t finish until 9pm.

    Wow, what a treat! We were in Atlanta for a conference and decided to celebrate our the last day of the event at Atlas. The restaurant was classy, of course, but the food and service were most definitely the highlights. We enjoyed every dish, but we were particularly impressed with the caviar service, the hen's egg with parsley and morels, the Waldorf salad and the FM rocher dipped in edible gold. Simply outstanding! We would definitely visit again when we are back in Atlanta.

    My wife and I were in the Tavern section and ordered off the a la carte menu because we did not want to have the complete chef's tasting menu. It was a fabulous dinner as we celebrated a special occasion.

    Unfortunately Atlas didn’t live up to what we were hoping for. I give some credit to management because we gave them feedback during the meal and they tried to make it right for us. But by that point the experience was too far gone. The pacing of the meal was the biggest issue. From the time we sat down until we received our first full course it was over 90 minutes, and stretches between courses was also too long (over an hour between courses 2-3). Our party all have Michelin dining experience and we expected a multi-hour event. The very long stretches between our first few courses meant that by the time we got to the heavier main courses it was very late, we’d eaten too much bread and finished our wine parings, and it was difficult to enjoy the later courses that should have been the highlight of the meal. Overall the food taste and quality was very good, although the temperature for some dishes was cooler than it should have been. But the pacing for our table was the damaging issue that resulted in a frustrating experience. Once we told them of our frustration with the pacing they did pick up the pace and were better. The overall restaurant ambiance is classic yet modern and funky. The music playlist seemed incongruous and the volume made it challenging to converse across our table. We did ask if it could be turned down a bit but it was tough to tell if they did. For the most part the front of house service was lacking but improved somewhat; once they knew our experience was suffering they were more attentive. We’re overall very disappointed it was not the experience we’d hoped for, and at their price point we’ve experienced what Michelin level should be. They have the potential to deliver an experience at that level. Not there now.

    Obviously, given Atlas’ Michelin star recognition recently, expectations were high. The environment and ambience were old-school and classic. Our server was both knowledgeable and Young which was refreshing. He was enthusiastic and extremely helpful. The sommelier was knowledgeable and constantly available— the wine list almost too expansive! The food was in a word, incredible! The tasting menu can be overwhelming because of the sheer number of items. But there were standouts. The incredible silkiness of the pate was unmatched. The caviar was sublime. The bread course featured pretzel bread with a wasabi butter concoction that was straight from heaven! The desserts were incredible. The Wagyu beef was buttery and decadent. The lobster brought the sea to our table! In short, Atlas did not disappoint! Kudos!

    This is an amazing experience and you can tell so much thought was put into every dish and cocktail. Highly recommend the chef’s menu if you are looking to spurge on a nice dinner/experience. About $220 a person so it’s not cheep, but it’s fantastic.

    What a great experience. The food options were unique and they were able to accommodate my shellfish allergies. The entire staff was attentive and polite. We did the chef's tasting menu of an eight-course meal. I would like to give you a heads-up. This is an experience that will require more than two hours of dinning. It will be worth it.

    I had the Vegan experience. As a Whole Foods Plant Based eater, I wanted to learn what a chef of this caliber could do with this ingredient constraint. I was not disappointed. Over the course of 3 hours I was served combinations of foods that excited the palate. The service was impeccable. Very attentive, but not intrusive. Conversational according to my level of engagement. This restaurant is worthy of its reputation.

    So impressed with the entire staff here. A level service yet friendly - a tough balance. The food is incredibly well executed. The somm, Maxwell, makes great unique recommendations. The bartender, Nick is perfect. Quality cocktails & a welcoming demeanor. The servers, bus staff, house managers/hosts are all subtly attentive but not stuffy. Hard line to walk effectively. The Michelin recognition is warranted here. Don’t miss it.

    Nice place, good was pretty good. The service was slowwwwwwwwwww. Almost 4 hours. The lobster came out cold, but we just wanted to get out of there after being there so long that we didn't say anything. It was just ok. Doubtful we will return.

    I recently dined at ATLAS restaurant, and I have some feedback to share about my experience. While the restaurant has an upscale reputation, I found that it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of value and service. ATLAS offers two dining options – a full 8-course menu and an à la carte menu. I opted for the à la carte option, assuming that the quality of service and cuisine would be consistent throughout the establishment. To my surprise, the overall experience left much to be desired. In comparison to other dining establishments, including those with Michelin stars in Europe, the service I received at ATLAS fell short of my expectations. Even a casual dining experience at places like Cracker Barrel often provides more attentive service. One specific disappointment was the lobster dish I ordered. It arrived on the plate after some manipulation of the lobster meat, accompanied by potato chips. However, the presentation and flavor were not commensurate with the price point. I couldn't help but draw a comparison to a similar lobster dish at a different restaurant, Red Lobster, which offers a more satisfying experience at a significantly lower cost. In summary, while ATLAS may appeal to those seeking to showcase their dining experiences to friends, I personally did not find the combination of good food, great service, and fair prices that I had hoped for. I believe there is room for improvement in delivering a more satisfying dining experience for patrons. I hope by offering a feedback can help the restaurant work on its weaknesses and enhance the dining experience for future customers.

    A Michelin star evening!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️ We enjoyed multiple courses through the evening, all equally delicious! The bread service was amazing and our sommelier  was spectacular! I look forward to returning over the next couple of weeks!

    Great value, but quite expensive. This was easily one of our best dining experiences, and that's great to report because this was a special occasion dinner. We enjoyed the Chef's Tasting Menu along with the baseline wine pairing selection, and they played together very nicely. The menu seems to change from time to time, and I suspect we'll be back again & again as this happens over time. Special thanks to Andre for walking us through the meal; great service all around from everyone, but he had a lot to manage with there being so many courses. I am unfortunately forgetting the name of our sommelier, but she was so incredibly knowledgable about all of our tastings & that also added a lot to the experience.
