Great service as always. Maybe place a sign outside the door during construction to let patrons know exactly the location of the restaurant. It can be a bit confusing while walking to find the spot. More

Steakhouse | Downtown, Baltimore

Absolutely love the relaxed, homey feel of the place. It exudes a level of elegance without being over-bearing. Extremely attentive and friendly wait staff made questions and decision making about the menu a breeze. The lobster bisque was the best I have ever had, and was suggested by the waiter. Drinks were flavorful, light, but certainly not lacking in punch. The Kona rubbed, dry-aged NY strip steak was the highlight of the evening; I couldn't believe the flavor. Our waiter, Scott Kniffin, was personable, attentive, and engaging. I will recommend Scott and The Capital Grille to all of my friends! More

Discover Baltimore

There is perhaps no better place from which to watch Fourth of July fireworks than Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, dotted with restaurants offering Maryland blue clams, doused in spicy Old Bay seasoning and ready for shucking (not to mention exceptional crab cakes and other local seafood.) An historic city known for its colonial architecture and music halls, Baltimore’s food scene draws on rich tradition with an innovative spin. Keep your eyes peeled for lake trout and scrapple (a brick of pork “scraps”—can be delicious grilled, but probably worth avoiding if you find it dubious), and explore posh Federal Hill and Harbor East for burgeoning restaurant scenes and nightlife.
