The location is great. Nice patio to hang out on. The service was perfunctory, all necesary steps were perfomed but with no enthusiasm. The fries with the Eggs Benedict seemed to have been frozen

We sat outside with our dog. Initially they told us that we wouldn’t be able to be seated outside because they weren’t prepared but one of the waiters volunteered to take care of us outside. The food was delicious and the ambiance was amazing.

Lovely traditional cafe for brunch on easter morning overlooking Pennsylvania avenue. We all had the salmon eggs benedict which were so delightful. The staff was attentive. We were reminder about our reservation and they had the table waiting when we got there. Had to climb stairs to get to restaurant and it was hard to find the restroom - but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our brunch.

My first visit to Cafe du Parc was very good. The food was excellent and the service was great! The only drawback was the noise level once the restaurant was full. Perfect place for a before theatre dinner.

Felt a bit like Paris at our patio table. Mussels were large and a generous serving, turkey club fine. Drinks never came, so after food arrived we went in to ask. Outdoor staff seemed a little distracted. But good evening nevertheless... Jean

Very disappointing. Sat downstairs in the bakery area, was pretty much ignored. Over priced, food was disappointing which is hard to do with breakfast, toast was sold and by the time they brought the jelly it was even colder.

Don’t waste ur money. The hotel is old and run down, the selection of food and pastry were very poor and Unappetizing. The only high light was the cherry blossom tea that was really good. The service was really amazing though. Did it worth 200$ for 2 ppl? Absolutely not! Save ur money go have a nice dinner somewhere

Great space but food is mediocre and way overpriced. But for the convenient location I would have gone elsewhere. The cafe downstairs is much better though privacy is minimal. Outdoors in fine weather is best; nice Parisienne touch; good conversation possible and great sense of being in another country, as James Baldwin would say. But food upstairs is a downer.

Great service and meal, well priced for the times. Really enjoyed the beef Bourguignon….and side of mushrooms. My husband had the salmon and Caesar salad which were also well prepared. Our waiter was especially attentive and engaging…Would definitely return.

Location is fantastic, downstairs bakery is lively, open kitchen dining area on 2nd floor was also bustling, bright windows, nice for the brunch setting we were expecting. Unfortunately, we were sat on 3rd floor, not near windows and brunch was not served until noon so we were provided a breakfast menu. Typical eggs benedict, eggs and potatoes type dishes. Not at all the French brunch of quiche, croque madame etc that I had hoped for. French toast was about as close as it got. Not bad, just typical hotel type breakfast. Maybe their actual brunch is better...? We had salmon eggs benedict and french toast. It was good, but nothing special.

Although the restaurant was only 50% filled, we were seated right next to the kitchen for brunch at 10:30 am. The traffic around our table was ridiculous - people coming in and out of the kitchen constantly, using the external door to go outside and letting in freezing cold air from outside (at one point a waitress propped open the door so she could get back in and we were extremely cold by the time she got back and closed the door). By noon the kitchen clean-up was so loud we literally could not hear each other talk at our table. We were told that the racket was because they were changing the oil in the grill but there were pots, pans, glasses, silverware and whatnot clattering really loudly. We left before we finished because we were cold and getting headaches from the noise. I will NEVER go back here for brunch again. What a huge waste of money.

Food was outstanding but we were seconds away from walking out because the service was abysmal. Sat for 32 minutes before our order was even taken. We saw lots of wait staff so could not understand the issue. We were just forgotten.

The waiter never served us for 30min upon being seated. We had to ask several times for someone to take our drink order. Eventually we got up and left. I’d like to note, the outdoor patio wasn’t busy, and only had five customers. I think the service was just awful.
