   Terrible waiting staff. Poor overall and mediocre. The Manager was really nice however the waiting staff placed us at a dirty table. Reminded her twice to clean it & they served others before us.

   MY wife and I enjoyed afternoon tea at CC (Mayfair) last week. Vito (manager) looked after us very well indeed. Food and service very good. All the team were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks in keeping with the service, equally as good. Have to say the interior is pretty special for a cafe. Would recommend. Thanks Vito and the team.

   Wow! Wow! Dining at Caffe Concerto GP was the absolute best! From the minute we walked in the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They were so lovely, changing our booking without any problem and seating us so quickly, despite the restaurant being busy. We had three courses. There was so much to choose from. With great vegan options too. But it would also have been great to come for afternoon tea. The food and wine were amazing. Service was top notch. All the staff were so attentive. But I would like to say a special thank you to the manager, Vito, who made our dining experience here extra special. And Krishna was so nice too. They were just two very lovely people who really made our day. Which is why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CCGP or dine here again and raise a glass or two.

   First was seated at a very squished table, when I asked to be seated elsewhere, I felt the waitress had it in for me. It’s very pretty here but the service I experienced wasn’t enjoyable. She took our order without writing it down and forgot about my eggs, the latte I ordered had so much syrup in it I couldn’t drink it, so I had to ask for another, which I hate to be that person. I felt unwelcome and a bother :( the English breakfast was ok, beans very watery, didn’t feel fresh. Won’t be eating here again for the prices they charge and service charge just wasn’t up to standard.

   The ambience is fantastic. The place is beautiful. The service was slow. I have not enough information at the moment to choose the food. I wanted sweets, but the waitress only showed me the lunch menu.

   Service was poor. I had a business meeting and hadn't met the person I was meeting before. We happen to both be early and were seated at different tables, even though we both gave the reservation name it was under. Very few waiters were working, so it took a while to get their attention. It took a while for our teas to arrive. Very expensive for what it is.

    The restaurant had poor service and poor food. The tables are so close together, there is no privacy when having a conversation. The seats are uncomfortable and tables too low. Overall one of the worst places I have visited.

    Booked for 2pm on Thursday. It's obviously a very popular place, despite having very close competition, including more of its own branches. Maybe we'd choose a branch more hidden away but we accept that the area is likely to be busy most days and times of interest to us. C'est la vie. We don't do recommendations, only tell people our experience, should they ask us.

    Unfortunately on this visit (this Caffe Concerto is our go to place to eat when in the area) my husbands meal was not up to their normal quality. His chosen pasta dish only included minimal amount of chicken and heavy on the sauce. My meal was perfect and the bread was plentiful. The place was buzzy and the service first class. We would recommend eating here

    Quite a buzzy restaurant. The food a bit pricey and tables were a bit too close together but we still had an enjoyable night. We booked here for Valentine's as there was Live Music. The singer/pianist was fantastic and luckily we were sat close otherwise from afar we may not have been able to hear the music as clearly due to the buzz from the diners. My starter unfortunately was a bit cold but the mains and dessert were good. The manager that evening was very friendly and made us feel welcome as well as made sure we were well catered for.

    When we arrived we waited 25 minutes before our order was taken while others who arrived after were eating before our order was taken. No acknowlegement of our delay either. Poor service, wouldn't go again.

    Lovely friendly setting smiles all-round. Waiting staff did have a little trouble with our order but they made up for the mistake. My friends and I found it hard deciding what on the menu to order, we were all happy with our choices.

    Thanks to the wonderfully polite, patient and polished waiter who served us, and allowed us to dine in the upper section (which was a little more private and quieter), we had a lovely evening. The mushroom risotto was lovely.

    The booking began badly as I checked in and was seated - to then find that my dinner-partner had already checked in and been seated elsewhere. Service was a bit slow - tho in fairness the restaurant was reasonably full when we arrived. Food was quite slow to come out. For a restaurant that makes claims to its Italian roots, I would have expected a better pizza than the dough heavy item that I got. All in - somewhat disappointed and wouldn’t rush back

    I asked via instagram if they had a bathroom with disabled access and their answer was yes, then i double checked and again the answer was yes. Then i called an let them now that day that I was going to be running late because of my disabled sister, thus they knew that my disabled sister was coming today and still everything was fine. When we got there, we noticed a lot of stairs and no bathroom for disabled people. The restaurant was quite good though and the people where nice to us, still not having a restaurant that is disabled friendly makes it quite hard to enjoy. Feels rather discriminatory that they only have one cafe concerto with disabled bathrooms at Covent Garden, as they told us, meanwhile, how many Cafe Concertos there are in London?.

    Lovely setting, let down by poor service and incorrect food order. We ordered the 3 tier pasta plates (vegetarian) however the risotto come up with chicken and had to be replaced. If I didn't have a voucher, I would have never paid for it. Service was very slow and the staff don't appear to understand English very well and had to keep asking the manger to come over. She was helpful, but it was painful at times asking for an extra spoon or choice of wine??

    Manager was rude, waiters were unresponsive, dropped plates everywhere, had to wait Aesops for a drink. Food was good BUT the male toilets were unacceptable and below any restaurant hygiene standards. All in all disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

    We have menu a la carte on 11.07.2020 at 3pm The place is clean, ambiance very good and relaxing. Food were very well presented and delicious, a bit pricey but we do not mind. The waiter Ale was so pleasant, polite and welcoming. Great service! All the rest of the staff were all friendly. This was our second visit and I would highly recommended. Far better than their Shaftesbury branch. Thank you.

    Cafe concerto is closed for refurbishment. Unfortunately open table is still processing bookings & the site has not been updated. Grand by concerto is open, go there instead.

    Very rude staff - I appreciate this is normally a walk in eatery but they have an option to reserve tables on their website, which I had done just in case it was packed out. This is not an unreasonable assumption as I was heading to London on a weekend and I really wanted to check this place out. When I arrived, they looked at me like I was an idiot when I mentioned the reservation, I noted there were plenty of available seats so was just making them aware in case they were keeping the table reserved. They then spoke to each other in a foreign language and laughed. Wish I'd walked out then and there - overpriced for what it is and the staff were inattentive and groping each other behind the bar and giggling. VERY AWKWARD! Avoid if you want to feel valued when shelling out £50-100 quid for a meal.

    It wasn't busy wwn when went and I felt the service was very slow for the amount to of people there. When we finished it took the waitresses a very long Time to collect our plates after walking past and seeing we was done a numerous amount of times, even other customers who finished after us had there plates taken in before is so we found that rather strange. Apart from that the service was very average. I expected premium but maybe we went on the wrong day.

    Lovely time spent with old friends lunching (we used to work in the area). Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. First visit to Caffe Concerto Green Park. Have been a few times to Caffe Concerto Kings Road which we love.

    Met up with family for lunch near to finish of London/Provincial 100 mile bike Ride. The staff were very friendly and obliging especially as we were a little early. We had an excellent meal with a bottle of wine and coffees and we thought it was excellent value for money. If the occasion ever arose again would not hesitate to eat there.

    I would definitely recommend to everybody to go to this caffe restaurant. Very friendly environment and the Manager (Ekaterina) is outstanding and lovely. All the staff is very experienced and remarkable. Well done to all of them!!!!!
