We had the Prime Meat Assortment. The quality of the meat was great; really delicious beef! The restaurant also has a great atmosphere; good for cozy dining and beef lover. However, we were very disappointed by the quality of the vegetable we order for meat wrapping used (for 700 yen). Quite an amount of the vegetables were not fresh and not appetizing; they were crushed, bruised, and black. MoreOpenTable Diner -

A big piece of beef spareribs are charbroiled throughly. Gaucho seves 14 different kinds of meats other than sparerib in the Rodizio (all you can eat) style.
