   Charlie Palmers has definitely lost its edge. First off you show up at a steak house and they are out of baked potatoes. However they have twice baked. There were many other items they didn’t have that night either. So as for the service it was less then five star as they bill themselves. There price point is too high for what they deliver. For example your main meal should all come together not delivered in part. The staff is also to quick to grab plates and get you out. Overall just not a good experience.

   The food is incredible. The prices are not bad for the level of service. EREWYN was the server, and I have to add that the level of knowledge is incredible and the service exceptional.

   Awesome dinner, appetizers and cocktails. Half price Happy Hour cocktails and appetizers. Had the Locals Special for dinner included two glasses of wine each. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Definitely recommend

    When we eat at Charlie Palmers, it's always a treat. We were lucky to get our favorite waiter, Julian. He pays attention to detail, and always has good suggestions. And he has a pleasant personality.

    My steak tasted like shoe leather. My husbands was over cooked. The fries were cold and greasy. The waiter realized we did not even eat our stakes but didn’t bother to ask why. I was extremely disappointed.

    The dry aged ribeye was very good. The bread and dark chocolates were tasted too. The other dishes were ok. Service didn’t match the high end steakhouse positioning.

    We waited and waited and our server ignored us and the fact that our food never came out. When it finally did all the steaks were cold and had clearly sat for a long time. Waitress never asked how the food was, some other employee dropped off the food and left and nobody came back to check on us where we would have loved to say yes our steaks are cold and we would like some salt and pepper. I finally flagged a busser to handle my check so I could go to the David Spade show what a waste of $250.

    Our waiter, Loren, was a delight. The food is good although it's a bit overpriced in my opinion. I have one major complaint and that is that it took almost an hour to receive our food. I wish Loren could have let us know what was taking so long. The table next to us received their food at the same time, and we were there a good 15 minutes before them. If you're going to be dropping $300, which we did, ensure that the food comes out in a timely manner. Nice ambiance.

    The salmon and the ribeye were very good. The branzino was lacking both in size and taste. A Chilean sea bass would be a better choice for your menu. The broccolini was overcooked, as was the cauliflower that came with the salmon. We appreciated the booth as opposed to being seated on the main dining floor. Our waiter was very good. Overall, however, we felt our dinner was overpriced for what we got.

Did not seat us immediately upon arrival—which was understandable at first—but then gave our table (booth) to a couple that arrived after us and seated us about 10-15 minutes after our reserved time. 2. Advised upon being seated of a one-hour wait for meals coming out of the kitchen. We had scheduled our reservations with enough of a window to make it to a show at the resort’s theater, but now we were pressed. Charlie Palmers is not an inexpensive restaurant. The price certainly did not match the dining experience, and the food was pretty much just standard. 3. Wait staff was, by and large, very accommodating.

    It was my birthday. We notified them when we made reservations but no one mentioned it. Fine. But we also sat at our table for 15 min before we even got water. Our food took more than an hour to come and we had to flag down our server to get another round of drinks. We tried to get her attention to get a basket of bread since the tables around us all got bread but she never came back around until after our food was delivered. The food was delicious but the service and ambiance left a lot to be desired. Won’t be coming back.

    I had the best experience for my birthday celebration at your place. Your steaks were perfectly cooked. Your side dishes were absolutely delicious all of them.! brussels sprouts, mac & cheese, broccolini, wedge, salad, French onion soup. Bread pudding dessert outstanding! Our waiter was stellar. Very helpful to keep us on track to getting to our show as well as very professional! Pricey but worthy.

    Everything was wonderful! I had the pork chop which was the first time I had ever ordered one at a restaurant and it was heaven in my mouth! Donovan our waiter was attentive and helped us enjoy our birthday dinner celebration.

    Impeccable service from Albert. Side dishes and dessert were excellent. Our meals were over-cooked, however. The well- done entrees on requested “Medium” temperature were the only major disappointment. For the price asked, my expectation is that the food would be perfect. We won’t make the mistake of running the smoke filled gauntlet through a casino to get mediocre food at the highest possible price again.

    Outstanding service. Steaks done exactly as ordered. I always am sceptical so order a bit rarer and had to send back for a bit more as it came exactly what ordered. No issue with the cook or staff as they were extremely accommodating and appologic regardless of my instance it was on me, not them. Will definitely come back.

    coffee shop in food court ambience. no table cloth, carafe served wine in wrong glass, no butter knife, serve food without trays, disorganized slow service. special menu errors. Vintage designated online wines not available. Ribeye improperly cooked. Potatoes not hot. vegetables overcooked. Chopped crab oscar revolting. 10 oz filet mignon excellent. Not first class except the price. Will not recommend and will never come back.

    Service was great. Our dinner was overall good. We ordered the pork chop cooked medium which was great. Also ordered the salmon with lemon risotto. I was disappointment in the risotto as it was undercooked and crunchy. We ordered sides which consisted of the gold Yukon purée potatoes, seasonal mushrooms and broccolini which were all great. Other than the disappointment meant if the risotto it was a good dinner.
