I can always count on the Chicago Chop House for an excellent meal perfectly prepared and served by an attentive but unintrusive waitstaff. Last night was no exception. The Oysters Rockefeller, my fillet, and the cheddar bacon mashed potatoes were all delicious. To top it off, hostess Victoria' was as welcoming as always and Joshua's service was exemplary.

Don’t follow the HYPE. The service folks were great as well as the ambiance. However, the food (what you are paying big bucks for) was mediocre. The steaks were over cooked (Delmonico & Cowgirl Cut) and the sides (shrooms & potatoes) were so so. Definitely the food was not worth the big bucks!

We’ve dined here twice on different visits to Chicago and both have been special and memorable. The food, ambiance and service was 5 star in a world where service seems to not be a priority anymore. We loved this place!

I just had the best prime rib I ever had! Everything was fantastic. It was such a great experience that I will be going back whenever I am in Chicago. Service was top notch and we felt at home from the minute we walked in.

Our overall experience was fantastic. We had Shrimp Cocktail for our appetizer which was excellent. Our entree, filet, was cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding.
