This was my first visit to Chima and my first visit to a Brazilian steakhouse. We visited for my moms birthday and my whole party talked about our visit for weeks and months later. We had such an amazing time! The ambiance was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (with it being my first time) and the service was fast and quality! THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!!! It was unlike any food I’ve had before! Would highly recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a reservation at 8pm on Thanksgiving Day. Staff tried their best to accommodate every one but you could see they’d been exhausted from working all day, and were clearly short staffed because of the holiday. My biggest complaint was they’d come all at once with the meat then not come again for at least 10 minutes. We had to keep asking our server, who was very busy, to keep sending them back. For that price range, that’s not how a Brazilian Rodízio should be. Like I said, food was good, so hopefully it was just because of the holiday.

This was our first year eating out for Thanksgiving, and thanks to the great service and delectable food at Chima - this may be a new tradition! All the servers were great and friendly, especially Eddie! This now ranks a top holiday memory. Just a note, the sparkling water is not free.

The reservation wait was short and we were seated promptly. Jaylen was the waiter and provided excellent service. He was energetic yet patient and made the experience great. Kudos to Jaylen and the restaurant experience.

Our service was not good at all, the server was on his phone most of the night. The food was oaky, but for the price it was not what was expected. I was most upset that the 18% gratuity was placed on out bill, we only had a party of 5. We saw the manager when we entered, but never again. Overall, I would say this was not a great experience.

Delicious! The garlic steak is always my go to! you can never go wrong with any of the steak options. I also can't get enough of the pineapple! Everything from start to finish including service was excellent!

Choices of meat were great! Loved the pineapple and Cajun rib eye!! Salad bar was not my favorite it lacked something but idk what it is. Would have loved some type of a potato choice bc the soupy mashed potatoes weren’t it! We will be back 9:15 reservation seated by 9:35…our table was double booked !! Brittani our waitress was TOP TIER!!!!! 9.5/10 !!!!

It's been a few years since our last visit to Chima but wanted to have a special pre holiday dinner there. It was definitely full, every table was taken. We had to hunt our server down often if we wanted anything. The meat servers were few and far between. We often had long periods of no one coming to the table. We finally asked the manager for the side dishes that had never come after asking for those 4 times. I was disappointed. It used to be just as busy but everyone was well taken care of. Of course just like everything the prices are higher, but we got significantly less. I explained to our newer guests accompanying us that it used to be way better. I hope they can improve their service and if they don't have the man power maybe don't allow each table to be booked. I don't see us going back sadly.

This was our third time dining at Chima’s and everything was perfect! We were seated upstairs at a table near the window, our waitress Steffany was pleasant, explained the drink menu to us, and checked on us several times! She also brought a cheesecake for my boyfriend’s birthday. The flank steak was our fave!! Overall this experience was a 10/10

I was told the place had the best meats… and it’s absolutely true!! Oh my god, so delicious! The roasted pineapple, the cheese bread, even the plain white rice was amazing! Our waitress was so nice, and the gauchos wouldn’t stop coming! We were there for veterans celebration weekend and we even got a complementary dinner gift card. A 10 out of 10!

I have dined several times over the years. I feel like the last few times I’ve gone, the quality of the whole experience has gone down. Wait staff did not refill table sides. They did keep the water glasses full. They no longer scrape the table. The meets were good compared to the greatness that they used to be!

We enjoyed this restaurant more compared to other ones like this we’ve been too. The staff was very friendly, informative and attentive. There were over 50 items on bar that were good, just wanted more types of salads that we’ve had before. Discount for attending a play that night at Blumenthal theatre was honored. We parked on street and after dinner took a 5 minute walk to the theatre which was very convenient. Would recommend for a night out for a dinner and show.
