Always drove by on the way home from work, and finally decided to spend a Friday night there. Don't know why it took so long, but definitely been missing out. Establishment is nice and open, recommend sitting in the booths in the lounge - the tables are really big for two! Our server, Monika (sorry if I misspelled) was very attentive and quick with our order. Cocktails/drinks were tasty and the food was really good. Will definitely come back sooner than later!

We usually visit Chop weekly for the lobster dip and hold many work meetings at this location. I’m just going to be completely honest, the main reason I go to Chop is for this dip and now that it’s off the menu, I doubt I will ever return. Hopefully you guys can get this delicious dish back on the menu. I did try the goat cheese and mushroom dip and it was completely grease and not good at all. Our waitress was great on this visit as always. Excellent service but please bring back the lobster dip!

Decided to give chop a go since the keg is our go to normally and try something new. Chop Food lacked flavor in our opinion unfortunately. Steak was bland and sides of bok choy and beets were just ok. Was expecting better. Back to the keg we go. Sorry! Also we were finishing up we then kind of kicked out at the end because the staff wanted to clean and go home. I understand that but come to the table and give us the heads up not like lights on get out. After spending over $400 on a business meal. Just sayin…..

Our steak was cooked perfect, melt in your mouth perfect. The only steak that my husband had zero complaints about. The grilled beets should be a staple on the menu. But the real star was the house salad with lime vinaigrette. I don’t usually get excited about salad but it was delicious and I’m glad I chose it as my side. Our server was very attentive and regularly checked on our table.

Food was excellent. But the service was abysmal. Waiter never checked in on us, barely saw him, and we were there with kids that typically need the odd thing. Water wasn’t refilled in the 2+ hours we were there. Kids ice cream and bill came 45 min after asking for it, and even then we had to flag people down and remind them. Excuse was “kitchen was slammed”, which shouldn’t be our problem and the kids were getting restless which made everyone upset after what was excellent food. It was kids ice cream, how the HELL does that take so long to dish out and then get me my bill? Bill came and at $200 it doesn’t merit what we went through for service. We won’t be back, even though we all enjoyed our drinks and food…. When we were getting served.

Server could not keep from running his fingers through his hair every time he walked away from a table, we didn’t get some of our appys, and he was overall in an incredible rush. He was pleasant and tried but I think just lacked experience. Otherwise food and atmosphere was fine.

The restaurant is very noisy, but we had a party of four and needed a high chair for a toddler. We were seated in a small private room that was perfect - and very quiet. Made for an excellent evening.
