   We had been to dinner at Chops a month ago for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. We suggested Chops to friends based on our previous experience but we were sorely disappointed in Tony. On our last visit our server shared our salad table side and sliced the cowboy ribeye table side for us. Tony didn’t even serve our meals, they were dropped off by a runner. We had to flag him down to request a pepper grinder. Upon completion of our meal we had to request the manager to clear our table of the dirty dishes. If the restaurant would have been busy I would be more understanding but we were there at 5:30. Lack of attention to his customers.

   Felt rushed to order our entrees. Big bacon and Oysters chopafella Apps both excellent. Short Stack App very disappointing. Steaks, fries and Caesar all very good.

   So many issues with our dinner. The waiter was awful and shouldn't be working at Applebees. They have no kids menu and didn't even try to come up with options for our three kids. They have a vegetarian special on the menu and we found out it is just five random sides the chef chooses, so be prepared to get potatoes three ways. For seven of us, three being kids, it was a $600 meal and the quality of the meat wasn't even that good. My father and I order a porterhouse for two, which was $152, and it ranged from well done to medium-rare. At a steakhouse, they should know how to cook steaks. Don't waste your time here, drive two blocks down to a much better restaurant for this cost!!

    Start to finish, perfect. It was my bday dinner. The staff was on point. Todd welcomed us and was very professional. Julie took superb care of us. Other staff checked on us which was great. Our food was amazing. The seafood tower, my tomahawk steak, my dates ribeye. The whipped potatoes and the mushrooms. I declined the bday dessert due to being so full. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Chops for another stellar dinner! You never disappoint!

    Food was very good. We did the Early Bird Menu, and the choices were fine. Wine prices by the glass are very high, and reasonably priced bottles are non existent on the wine list.

    Food was great and we’re grateful for that. Service was lousy. When a guest is paying that much money for a spectacular dinner he has every right to expect outstanding service. My party of four did not get it. Our waitress apparently had more tables assigned to her than she could handle. That may be a management issue, I don’t know. Bottom line: I will think twice before I go back to Chop City Grill. I intend to dine where service is an equal partner of food quality. BTW: I like to think that I’m an average middle class Joe. Please, not for one second, think that I’m some kind of spoiled prima-donna. Instead please know that I was disappointed in dinner last night.

    Way way toooooooo expensive .......I had the hamburger .........way too much food and not sure what it was but have not been feeling good all day.......I am suggesting stomach issues........so wonder what was wrong with the hamburger. the dessert was quite good tho.............

    We are very sorry to hear you had stomach issues. However, it could not have been the burger you had at our restaurant. All of our beef is portioned and put on tray, then wrapped by the Chef, daily. We also sold 20 burgers that night from the same tray of beef that was portioned that day, by the Chef and there were no other issues with any other guests. We are actually the best quality and value for Wagyu and Prime Beef you can get in the area.

    I am absolutely furious , we went last night and we sat at the bar I had a $100.00 coupon from Open table, we do eat out a lot, and I gave it to the waitress , I saw her asking how to handle it .. and then the bill was around $110.00 and we tipped around $20.00 and then on my AMEX have been a total of $279.00 for a $29.00 bill We called the restaurant and we were told to call the company today, we called the company and now are told to talk to the restaurant how unsatisfactory and we are still waiting... to hear from the manager...

    Monday evening, not real busy. Birthday celebration. Food was excellent, atmosphere very nice. The service was friendly, but not real focused. Frankly, we were a little disappointed. It did not ruin the evening and we will certainly return. Just hope for improvements next time.

    We have eaten at chops many times over the last 10 years and this will probably be the last time. Food was mediocre and ridiculously overpriced. Service was sub-par for the price. Had to wait for a table despite many empty tables. The kitchen ventilation can’t really keep up and by the end of the night the smoke was visible through the restaurant. When you are paying $75-$100+ for a steak you expect better.

    We are sorry to hear you think we are overpriced. However, we are actually the best value and quality you can get for Wagyu & Prime Beef in the area. Please let us know what the server could have done better to make the service not sub-par. We do ask guest's to wait to get seated closer to their reservation times, this keeps a consistent flow to the kitchen. We have installed fans to help with the ventilation in the kitchen.

    Although we had made at 7:45 reservation, the hostess forgot about us and we weren’t seated until 8:15. Then it was another 15 minutes before our server came over. We had to ask the manager if we had a server. Food was excellent though.

This was explained to you when you came in. You were seated for 4 minutes before the server was able to get to your table. I checked the time when you approached me. We had 265 people in the restaurant at this particular time, so that's why there was a slight wait.

    We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and my retirement it was to be a special night. It did not turn out to be a special night the food came out cold and the meat was not done to my liking. We have dined at Chops for over 5 years and always had a wonderful experience. Last night was the first experience we had a bad experience.

    Being our first time dining here, we relied immensely on our server Jen. She did not fail. In fact she was excellent. I believe we tried everything she recommended and it was fabulous dining experience. Drinks were awesome, food was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.

    The Prime Rib was the excellent! Our waiter was good but we got overlooked because of a table of 7 next to us that seemed to take his attention. We asked for a quiet table to celebrate my wife birthday away from large parties and yet we ended next to a loud out of town group, actually in a lovely room that many open tables sat by themselves. I should have asked to be reseated but did not know that the group was do in just as we got our appetizer.

    Food was unbelievable. Our waiter had a large croup he was serving as well but he managed to handle both the large group and our party of 3. Matt made our night a great evening and dinner and our dessert were fantastic. It’s not a cheap night but one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Thank you Matt!!!

    Brought our folks there for their anniversary, and it was delicious but overpriced…especially for the side options they offer. Expensive for the amount of food they give you for family style. That was disappointing. The cocktails and service were great! Although we were one of three tables left at the end of the night and they started vacuuming the tables around us…made us feel like they wanted us to leave. But overall good experience.

    The staff was very accommodating. The food was not as good as I remembered. An entree had to be sent back because it was not cooked as requested, but the staff graciously had the entree redone. Found the cocktails and entrees were a little pricey for the quality. However, we will go back and give it another try because the staff was excellent.

Every once in a while there may be an issue with your service or meal, when we are putting 200 people through the restaurant it sometimes happens, however we will always correct any issue you may have while dining with us, so you can enjoy your dining experience. We have done extensive research in the area and have found that our cocktail prices are in line with our competitors.
