   The food was good, but not outstanding. I had Wagyu filet, and my wife had prime filet and lobster tail. My steak had a faint but odd aftertaste. Not bad, just off from what I’m used to. My wife’s steak had a peppercorn crust that over powered the meat. The lobster was cooked perfectly but tasted a little bland even with the butter. I got the wild mushrooms and brie to go with the steak. They were ok, again not amazing. The brie was very strong. I put some on the bread and it was quite good. We got the butter whipped mashed potatoes. They were served a little cooler than we like, but tasted good. Now for the good- our server, Jennifer I believe, was excellent. Somehow managing to be attentive and present without the feeling that she was having dinner with us. There can be a fine line, especially at upscale restaurants, and she was definitely on the right side of that line. The crab cakes were wonderful, the best either of us has had, anywhere. The cheesecake, bread and butter and general ambiance were well above average. We will go back, just order different food. We didn’t find it equal to the price, but there was nothing wrong with any of it. Just personal taste.

   My wife and I are always on the hunt for an amazing steak house and most do not live up to the hype. Chop's City Grill in Bonita Springs more than lives up to the reviews. Our server Lacy was amazingly friendly and answered our questions about the menu perfectly. She described everything so well it was hard to make a decision. Everything we had was cooked to perfection and we savored every bite. The atmosphere was classic steakhouse with lots dark wood and delicious sides and the chocolate mousse for dessert capped off a wonderful evening. If you are in the area I highly recommend checking them out.

   We had a nice meal here in an intimate setting with great service. The prices are a little high, but it would be great for a special occasion. Overall, I think we will only be back occasionally. The staff was super friendly and professional.

   First class setting of NYC steakhouse among palm trees. Service was prompt, and respectful. Food was delightful, and up to high standards expected for such an establishment. Steaks were exceptional, and cooked perfectly. Surprise delight was the crème creamed corn.

    It was the triple threat, Mother’s Day, Anniversary & my wife’s Birthday. They obviously don’t care about customers, they would not send a small dessert or a candle, nothing! I would never ever go there again! Terrible🥵🥵🥵

    Delivery of the food once orders were placed was long. We had three grandchildren and a mother that wasn’t feeling well and the wait was too much for everybody. I’m sure it’s a great senior citizen place as it was packed, but with small children’s nothing to drawl nothing to keep them entertained

    We dined this evening my salmon was fishy tasting but other meals good. We specifically asked for our bills to be split between 2 couples and they were not.

    Made reservation for 8:15. Seated at 8:20. Were told we had to have food order in by 8:30, bc kitchen closed. Felt rushed like we were at a fast food restaurant. One entree came out cold which they reheated but overall, for $80/plate… should NEVER EVER be rushed like that at a high end restaurant. Prices seemed at bit high as well as we eat at high end steakhouses/seafood frequently, these were a little over the top.

Yes, the kitchen does close at 8:30 with 8:15 being the last seating Sunday-Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:15 is the last seating and kitchen closes at 9:30. You should not have been rushed, everything should still be coursed out and paced, we just ask for the order to be in the kitchen by 8:30. We will never rush anyone through their meal. We are actually the best quality and value you can get for Wagyu and Prime Beef in the area.

    I just found out from our children that they tried to call in to leave a credit card to order a bottle of wine or champagne for the table to celebrate my birthday. They were REFUSED stating they needed 24 hr notice to do it. If I owned Chops I would be really upset that my management was turning down business. With Covid closing and a economic downturn for many , I as a consumer find that this is pretty stupid.

    Best high-quality steaks in the area. Includes American, Australian, and Japanese Wagyu as well as USDA Prime selections. High price but this is often the case when you get the best! Combined with service, location, and decoration, this is the best overall restaurant in this area.

    Ordered oysters said west or east coast we said east coast because larger. Oysters arrived and were super tiny. We ate them then told the waitress they were small. She left to check and said they were the wrong ones but since we ate them they would take 20% off. This was still $50 for 12. Not the way to handle plus why do you think you can charge more than $3 an oyster. Probably not returning

    One of the best meals I have ever had and the service was outstanding! We went there with my parents and our son for his 24th birthday. They made him feel so special with a signed card from the staff and complimentary ice cream for dessert! It was an all around amazing experience!

    Food was ok, restaurant is overpriced. Drinks were really overpriced for the amount of liquor they put in them. Won't be going back anytime soon..

    We were not aware , which was our issue, that Chops no longer had “Early Bird Dining.” I’ve dined at Chops numerous times and always enjoyed the experience at both “Early Bird” and regular times. I was surprised at the increase in prices, the server was a bit pushy, and when we asked about the early dining menu, she said she’d have the manager come and talk to us about it..that never happened. Will be a very long time before we return, if ever.

    Service was impeccable. Waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. Sides were delicious and priced as expected. Based on other dining experiences around Naples found the sea bass to be very over priced.
