The steak was overcooked. The lobster tail tasted like rubber. The drawn butter was literally vegetable oil. The blueberry cheesecake was frozen solid. Maybe just stick to a cheeseburger.

The food was OK, but they changed the menu recently and there was a mix-up with what I ordered. I ordered an appetizer that was not very good and my porkchop was over cooked. However, after talking with the manager, they quickly addressed the problem, and I was given what I order. They service was great and the manager apologized for the inconvenience. My wife's order was excellent.

I know that most restaurants are now charging very high prices for soft drinks, so I was not surprised by being charged $3.00 for ours. But, we were completely flabbergasted by the completely outrageous charge of $3.00 for a small serving of barbecue sauce. This is just gouging your customers.

We usually always have a great time eating at Cin City. The service is usually always on point. We both have the New York strip and they were excellent. If you get there sweet potato make sure you ask for cinnamon butter and some of the maple mustard glaze to put on your sweet potato. Usually get their pork chops and they are usually pretty good. You definitely got to try their blueberry crumble cheesecake. Overall everything was excellent.

We haven't been in a while, and we went on Derby Day which was busy but the restaurant clearly was understaffed. We had a reservation and still had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated (observed a lot of people at tables--no one had food). The issues seemed to be the kitchen as the host and server were very friendly. We never got the appetizer we ordered (it got delivered to the wrong table) and we had to ask it be taken off our bill. My winter salad was swimming in dressing--I couldn't eat it there was so much just dumped on. My Dad (who is not picky) could not eat more than half of his meal the food was so salty. It took over an hour to get our food. We rarely saw our server, but she was sweet and kept apologizing when we did see her (I am wondering if she was having to help out in the kitchen). After waiting 20 minutes I asked someone why we didn't have our wine yet--they had forgotten. The whole experience was 3 hours of our time with all the delays. We skipped desert as we didn't want to wait any longer. There isn't any really other nicer sit down places there, I'd eat before you come. It has really gone downhill.

Service was great, the food was delicious. I had the prime rib, my husband had the special and 2 guests had scallops. Everything was great and well prepared.
