We require all guests to wear a mask while moving about the restaurant, and when speaking to Clyde's employees.

Dining outside on the terrace was most enjoyable. Food was good enough, though chicken salad croissant was mushy. Service was very good.

We've eaten at the Clyde's different location and food was good. This was the Ruston Town Center location, and the food was just bad. Order was bumbled. They did take it off our bill which was appreciated. The servers did their best and were professional.
Clyde’s is our “Cheers” — we go there a lot and feel comfortable and welcome. Also, we’ve never had a bad meal there.
Excellent COVID-19 cleanliness and spacing between tables. Servers all wearing gloves and masks. Contactless payment option. Super! I highly recommend if you are ready for an indoor or outdoor fine dining experience. The crab cakes, as usual, were superb!
Always wonderful. Crab Cake and Corn Chesapeake are amazing. Sat outside socially distanced — Clyde’s take all safety precautions. Service was amazing.

I love the staff here, always so friendly and polite. Food was delicious, and they were very sensible about masks etc.
The outside dining option made it acceptable for my wife to eat out. Watching kids play outside and families “picnicking” helped to relieve the dreariness of COVID “lockdown”. Food was decent - the menu was less extensive and our server Chris was very good particularly under the circumstances.
Over the past 40 years, we have eaten countless meals at the several Clydes in the WDC area. This was the first disappointing meal we have had. Service was abysmal despite few patrons and food (burgers) were over-cooked. We were informed that one menu item we ordered was not available - 10 minutes after placing the order. We did complain to the Manager, and he was apologetic and comped the meal. But overall, this was not a meal experience typical of the Clydes we used to know. Maybe it was an off night, but we will not be back to Clydes of Reston.
We had drinks and appetizers outside. Service was great. Drinks and apps were solid. They handled all well in the pandemic. Nice evening
My lunch was just ok. The staff seems to be quite uncomfortable with serving people at this moment. The food was just ok and not as good quality and tasty as in past visits to the same location. Menu need to have better choices.
It’s during Covid, so limited seating & low energy, but food still great. I think they increased their prices a bit.

We enjoyed having the chance to get out and have a quiet dinner in the open air at Clyde’s Of Reston. We’d been doing carry out for the past 4 months and having the chance to get out and have a nice meal was terrific. The server was very attentive and the food was great.
Clyde’s has always been a solid, favorite place of ours for years. The food is always excellent & moderately priced. I’ve tried almost everything in their menu & I am never disappointed. The crab cake over salad is delectable and their coffee brew is one of a kind. This is why we always come back to Clyde’s.
I feel safe to dine in. Would like to come back soon.
Unfortunately not the quality of food from Clyde's that we have come to expect. We took advantage of the 50% off deal on July 1st and ordered a good variety. On a positive note the service was great. Unfortunately the food was not. Wings were tasty but tiny. Fried zucchini was just ok. The calamari was very bland. For dinner we ordered steak frites, crab cakes, pasta, and the pastrami sandwich. Everything was just ok and on the bland side of things.
Great place to sit out and enjoy life. Also Wednesdays was 50% entire check including alcohol.

First in restaurant seating we’ve done during COVID. We were 1 of 3 tables so quiet until the 3rd table of 2 adults and 4 very young kids came in.
I expected a very high level of sanitation based on Clyde’s ads, however other than wait staff wearing masks and plexi glass between booths (which we didn’t need based on the scarcity of patrons), I can’t say there was much else visibly being done. Our waiter wore gloves but never changed them between tables. He held glasses by the rims, brought straws with no wrapper, provided no sanitizer or wipes, and lastly brought the check and required a credit card and touching everything as in the “old days”. The ONLY new process was they provided a pen in a wrapper to sign the check. The lack of sanitizers visible anywhere left me very hesitant. Won’t be back for a long while.
The food was fine, the wait staff was excellent, and it was a very pleasant outdoor dinner. We made our reservation online and that worked out great. We went after 5 so the parking was free.
First restaurant experience and our group was impressed w food, service, and commitment to safety. Tables were appropriately distanced and the staff was aware of the times. In fact, the staff all seemed both excited to be there and happy to serve. The menu was perfect for the afternoon business. We had calamari, Caesar salad, crab cakes, salmon, and steak salad. As always, Clyde’s never disappoints.
In the middle of COVID 19
This was the worst experience I’ve ever been in with Clyde’s. The food was terrible. I got the eggs Chesapeake and the muffin was not cooked enough and the flavor was just off. I will not be back.
Great food and great wait staff
Server was great, outdoor seating was well distanced. Soft shell crab was tasty and hub enjoyed the ribs So nice to be dining out once again!
Clyde's Reston is one of our favs and we have always enjoyed our visits. This was our first time out since the Pandemic began and this visit didn't disappoint. Everything was excellent. The one thing I did notice that it was quieter, due to the reduce seating restriction, and that was a unexpected plus. Given our continued positive experience, I highly recommend Clyde's Reston. Great place/great food/great service.

We were so glad they have added a Fresh Catch of the Day to their menu. I Had the
fluke with an excellent sauce perfectly cooked. Wife had the crab cake which is always good.
Had lunch at Clydes in Reston for first time in awhile. Crowds were way down due to virus scare but staff were prepared with proper hygiene etc. Felt very safe there and food was excellent as always. Trying to do our best to support local businesses thru this tough time!

Always enjoy brunch at Clyde's enjoyed french onion soup and salad this visit. Have enjoyed the reuben sandwich in prior visits. Terrific service and a quiet place for great conversation....
Reservation through OpenTable worked well. Service was superb. Calamari appetizer was not tasty and it was noted by waiter. Manager came over to apologize and offer to take care of the issue. Rest of food was good but not worth the prices. Alcoholic drink was watered down. Dessert was yummy. Don't believe we will return to this restaurant.
The service was very slow and the food made the other member of my party sick. In addition, the appetizer that we ordered was never brought to the table.
Everything was great, I’d definitely recommend.
