The staff and location of the restaurant were amazing - very cool and super friendly. Although, the waiter was a little hard to follow, the food service was good. The Pearl Tower was magnificent and the food was delicious. I ordered the steak, which was a special, but it was just okay. The sides were unplanned and not well-thought-out. Overall, it was a pretty good experience with a cool location.

III Forks went out of their way to help my son have a great 15th birthday dinner. They called him by his name, the manager came by our table a couple times to check on him, and the waiter was attentive. They also brought out birthday desserts & drinks, took a photo of him, and printed it out for us before leaving. High quality steaks, high quality service.

Great place for date night or special occasion. Food and service top shelf. A nice birthday greeting on the table when we arrived and an awesome free birthday desert. Bottled wines a bit over priced was the reason for not 5 stars on the value.

We stopped by Sweetwater on a Saturday evening during the dinner hour, and the place was packed! We sat at the bar as usual, and had the pleasure of Zach taking care of us again, as bartender and waiter... as always, service was attentive, even with how busy things were. We started with a French 75 and an Almond Joy martini... but were great, and paired well with a dozen of gulf oysters which were shucked well, and served ice cold! A great way to start! For our shared entrees this visit, we decided to try a couple of new things on the menu (first time we ordered them): the sashimi tower and the fruits de mar linguini ... both were excellent! The sashimi tower is a heavenly combination of tuna, salmon, white fish, avocado, onions, tobiko caviar, salmon roe and sweet ginger ponzu. The dish is made by layering the ingredients in a round form so the dish literally comes out looking like a tower! Delicious! The fruits de mar linguini was equally good. Clams, mussels, shrimp, lobster all simmered in a fantastic garlic cream sauce, and the pasta was cooked a perfect al dente. We would definitely order both dishes again! We enjoyed a second round of cocktail, a Bombay martini and a pearl cucumber martini. Both very very good. We also enjoyed a "mistake" key lime martini that the bartender sprinkled coconut on, thinking it was the almond joy! That was a great combination for a mistake. When ordering the key lime martini again, I would ask for the coconut on top! Another 5-star meal enjoyed at Sweetwater. Highly recommend this place if your in the area. Even if you're not in the area, it's worth the trip!
