It was my first time here and it did not disappoint. I was thoroughly surprised and impressed by the restaurant’s upscale and modern interior and decor. They accommodated my late arrival due to an unforeseen traffic accident and my date and I were promptly seated. Our waiter was very attentive and surprised me when I found out that they cook the kbbq as opposed to cooking it myself. We ordered three cuts of meat: Chadol (Australian Wagyu Brisket), Snow Flower Kkotsal (Australian Wagyu Boneless Short Rib) and the Maribated Galbi (Marinated USDA Prime Boneless Short Rib). Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. what surprises me was that our hard working waiter was actually the manager. They were short staffed but it was a great experience nonetheless. I would definitely return.

Delicious food and fun concept with having the chef as the server and cooking our dishes perfectly, but needs a dramatic interior revamp and exhaust fans. Interior is mismatched, sad, and cheap, but again, the food was delicious. Bit of a weird disconnect. Fun to go with foodie friends who can afford to pay premium for yakiniku and don't care about ambiance and smelling like a cookout afterwards, but not a beautiful restaurant for a romantic date.

Large portions. Lots of meat on the brisket sandwich. Excellent sandwich. Very good caeser salad. Ribs are not as good... not fall off the bone.

Mustards Grill is one of those places that manages to feel both timeless and fresh every time I visit. Nestled just outside Yountville, it’s got that laid-back Napa charm with just the right touch of sophistication. The moment you walk in, the energy is warm and welcoming like you’re being invited into someone’s well-loved home. The star of the show for me was the bbq ribs bold, juicy, and perfectly charred, it absolutely lives up to the hype. We also shared the tamales, which had a surprising texture. And don’t skip dessert. Service was friendly and spot-on without ever feeling rushed. The staff knew the menu inside out and even helped us choose a fantastic local wine that paired beautifully with the meal. Whether you’re on a weekend getaway or showing friends the best of wine country, Mustards Grill is a must-stop comforting, delicious, and full of character. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer.
