    Another great dinner and evening at Posana Biltmore Park. Last night I had the Lamb Lion for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious and exquisitely platted. The food and cocktails are always excellent, but what truly makes this a very special dining experience is the people. It starts with the hostess at the front desk, the owner's daughter. Her smile, warmth, and demeanor set a tone that gets the evening off to a great start. The wait staff is well trained, super polite, and they just make you feel special and wanted. 131 Main was our go to place, but Posana at Biltmore Park has earned that honor now.

    Great casual dining menu with burgers and terrific Maryland-style crab cakes. The special soup of the day was a winner, as was the carrot cake! Hotel restaurant atmosphere, but very attentive service and delicious food at reasonable prices.

    Tupelo Honey is outstanding. Sweet potato pancake was an awesome appetizer before the fried chicken BLT with crispy brussel sprouts as a side. DEEELICIOUS! Their outside patio is dog friendly with table-side watering bowls and Bone Appetit menu for our pup!

    They don't honor your reservation if there are people already there ahead of you who didn't make a reservation, so beware. We were told they can't turn people away just bc a table is reserved. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the reservation. We were eventually seated after the 4 parties that were ahead of us. Food was good, but beware if you make a reservation, it is only honored if they happen to have a table available.
