    My wife and I highly recommend this “hidden gem” of the Jersey Shore! We are repeat diners and Chef Sal never disappoints. This visit I had the new pasta Pecorino Calabrese with seared octopus and my wife had the Alyson. Both were amazing. For dessert we had the fruit tart and also ice cream. This was the first time we had the tart and it certainly rivals our past favorite dessert “A Perfect Marriage”. The crust tasted like shortbread and the crème filling was very delicious. This is definitely a repeat dessert for us.

    Madison Bleue never disappoints! We love it every time we go. Our server was great - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable. I always get the Pâté Maison. Delish. My husband had Salmon Rillettes and loved it as well. Our friend had the Vol au Vent D'Escargots that was in a puff pastry with mushrooms and said it was the best he’d ever had. We could have stopped with the appetizers TBH but all had ordered entrees and managed to still find room for dessert. It was all great. Looking forward to going back.
