The gauchos keep the rotation steady without ever feeling rushed, and each selection — from the filet to the lamb to the Brazilian sausage — is consistently tender and flavorful. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The sides are just as impressive, especially the warm cheese bread and the sweet fried bananas that balance the savory meats. I’m not usually a big pizza person, but this is exactly where I wanted to go for Mother’s Day — and it did not disappoint! You definitely get your money’s worth. The cocktails were great, and the pizza selection was amazing with so much variety that everyone in the group can find something they’ll love. If you need anything, the staff is more than happy to help. We’ll definitely be back!
