    Because of the rain, we were not able to sit on the patio. We were on very comfortable sofas and shared a table in between. The "shareables" were delicious. We selected four or five and enjoyed them all. Ample portions. It was my birthday and our group was treated to birthday dessert which was scrumptous. Only two had cocktails and both said they were very good. The wait staff was very hospitable and courteous. It was a fun way to start off my birthday. It would have been better if the Cubs had won but -- next time. I highly recommend Alma. Beautiful setting.

    Very good experience - greeted and sat immediately (with a reservation); server was helpful with recommendations; food arrived quickly; all of our dishes were very tasty and they let us linger a bit. Appreciated the service charge approach to tipping. And Open Table reservation process was easy

    The best jibaritos. Our food came out faster than previous visits, so that was a welcome improvement. Maduros and coconut oatmeal are also delicious. The service is always friendly. Such a great casual neighborhood gem with really good food.
