    I have been to a lot of restaurants over many years and this was one of the best - maybe the very best. Faultless service with bags of chart as well as a highly professional attention to detail. Interesting and varied menu and well prepared a tasty food. Great drinks menu with everything you would expect as well as a few special cocktails - my wife and daughter loved the bread and butter pudding espresso martini.

    I/We have been to the Hillbrush Restaurant several times and have always had a very enjoyable time. The staff are very nice and helpful, the service is excellent and the food delicious whatever it may be! The restaurant is very well decorated/designed and has a lovely atmosphere. I'm looking forward to another visit! Thank you.
