Best Cafés in Dale City

we were late for our reservation, and decided to have dinner at the bar. it was wonderful, attentive service during a very busy monday evening around 7/7.30. drinks were great, oysters fresh and the trout & beet w fennel salad w salmon was excellent. perfect skillet cake & macrons for dessert. highly recommend!

Food is exquisite. Ambience feels upscale, yet unpretentious even homey comfortable. And the staff are extraordinary - not something you see at this level very often. Natali has poured herself into La Tomate and her loving touch is evident in every detail. Brava!

Excellent food, excellent live acoustic music, and an excellent vibe with the gas fire pits (keeping everyone warm on a chilly evening) on the patio made for a great first visit to Godfrey's. We will return soon - to enjoy more salad entrees, more pizza and more of the desserts. Godfrey's is a terrific addition to the "downtown" Falls Church dining scene.

Our first time here and we were very impressed. Service and food were top-notch.

Officina's menu is excellent. I have dined there twice. The pasta dishes both times were perfect for our party, w/deeply flavored sauces and homemade pasta. The cocktails and wines were excellent, also. The servers go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I highly recommend.
