Amazing! Best Rissotto ever! Better than in italy!

We had an incredible experience at Panamericano Bar sitting at the bar with Tex and Francisco. Both were absolutely amazing, but a special shoutout goes to Tex for making the night unforgettable. His knowledge of the cocktails, their origins, and the history behind them added a whole new level to the experience. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. Tex’s attention to every guest is top tier, when you’re there, you truly feel like the center of attention. The hospitality, atmosphere, and craftsmanship behind every drink were unmatched. Without a doubt, this is the best speakeasy in Miami, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated cocktail experience and exceptional service! Balans was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere made the entire experience feel special. My food came out perfectly and you can really tell the kitchen puts care into every detail. What truly made my morning outstanding was our server Freddy. Freddy was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely welcomed the entire time. Her recommendations were spot on, drinks were always refilled, and the service was seamless without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers both amazing food and exceptional hospitality, but Balan’s absolutely does. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

The space is vibrant and beautifully designed, brought to life by a team that is warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about what they do. The menu and cocktails are thoughtfully curated, delivering flavors that feel both refined and genuinely delicious. Highly recommend.
