Great experience here! David was amazing. We even saw how well he was coaching a new hire being very thorough and everything that he did. I came here as a group of girlfriends for a comedy show next-door. The food was incredible and a great option before the show! The staff here is always amazing

Grain & Cane continues to be a wonderful place. The food is outstanding and the service is fabulous. My only complaint is with management...specifically as it relates to the delivery of the check when paying with a credit card. It is custom to NOT base the gratuity on the after tax amount. However, the credit card receipt presented to the customer includes recommended gratuity ALL BASED ON AFTER TAX AMOUNTS. And, conveniently, the actual itemized receipt does not accompany the credit card receipt. It is a bit disingenuous to not include the actual itemized receipt so the customer can accurately calculate the proper gratuity. Note to management - I understand you want your servers to earn as much as possible. Perhaps you could help that process by paying them more and not duping your customers into tipping more.
