We started off with the Chicken Manchurian and the chicken fried momos, both of which were knockout starters. For mains, the portions were generous in the best possible way, the restaurant asked us if we wanted to take the uneaten portions home and kindly provided trays to do so. The chicken do pyaza was rich and aromatic, while the chicken tikka masala hit that perfect balance of creamy and spiced. Paired with basmati rice and a wonderfully sweet, soft peshwari naan, it made for a seriously satisfying meal. We went for my wife’s birthday and as an extra touch were provided with a piece of cheesecake with a candle, which was very thoughtful. If you’re looking for great food, great service, and great value, Goomti is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended.More infoGoomti££££• Indian• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.6

For the bottomless brunch I must highlight the best part was the impeccable service. We had two servers, Connor and Olivia and they were fantastic. I was quite disappointed in the food, I have fed this back to a supervisor. It states sweet and savoury platters however it comes out 'afternoon tea' style, with very little on. That being said, the drinks and service made up for the food.More infoThe 3 Stories - The Library££££• British• Sunderland•2.6
