The waiter and Chef Alfie were very welcoming and attentive throughout our dinner. They explained in detail where various fish and meats were sourced, and how each appetizer and entree was prepared. For an appetizer we chose the anchovies which were delicious. One member of our party chose the Salmon and we had secreto Iberia ( aka Iberian secret pork). Both were outstanding.
