We had the Picada Columbiana, a combo plate listed for 2-3 people, but it easily fed the 4 of us, with some left overs. Good variety of meat and accompaniments!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Arepa George Cantina and I can't say enough great things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the party bus “chiva rumbera” going for a one hour ride to downtown Chicago, set the perfect tone for a memorable evening and created a wonderful atmosphere for a celebration. The food was packed with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the picada which were cooked to perfection. The menu offered a fantastic variety, ensuring that there was something for everyone in our group. To top it all off, the music created an enjoyable backdrop that enhanced the festive vibe without overpowering our conversations. At the end of the night the presentation of a vallenato group made all of us in our group to hit the dancing floor nonstop. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we felt special throughout the evening. Overall, my birthday celebration at Arepa George Cantina was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, exquisite drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere. I can't wait to return for another special occasion!
