One of my favourite courses was the octopus. The seasoning, textures, and plate presentation were exceptionally well thought out and beautifully balanced. Another standout was the carrot prepared three ways. When a chef can take something so simple and transform it into something sophisticated, memorable, and exciting, it speaks volumes about the talent in the kitchen. What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the entire experience. The manager was engaging and personable, and it was clear that the service team had been exceptionally well trained. Every interaction felt coordinated, seamless, and genuine. Nothing felt forced or scripted. Everything happened quietly, intentionally, and with a sincere focus on hospitality. He was particularly attentive throughout the evening, ensuring that every aspect of the experience exceeded expectations. The bartender was equally impressive. He created an atmosphere that felt comfortable, confident, and welcoming. I placed my trust in his wine and beverage recommendations, and every pairing complemented the meal beautifully. Having spent four decades in the culinary and hospitality industry, I have been fortunate to dine in many outstanding restaurants. Garde Manger ranks among my top five gastronomic experiences. An exceptional evening that I will remember for a very long time.
