Best Contemporary Mexican Restaurants in Riverside, Los Angeles

I’ve eaten at this restaurant many times. This visit was exceptionally good. The food was the tastiest I’ve ever had here. I had the chile Riano and it was absolutely delicious. My guest had Carne Asada tacos and the tortilla soup which were equally good. Our server was prompt, friendly and professional… she struck just the right balance and I really appreciate that. I’m sorry that I cannot recall her name. Thank you for making our visit to the Mission Inn memorable!

Stop by passing by on a road trip . I was looking for something light to eat . The food was delicious, couldn’t ask for more . The server was awesome and there sauces like I mentioned should be bottled and sold . Good Times

First time trying this restaurant and will definitely be making another visit. Fun atmosphere and food was fantastic!! We all tried the chilaquiles trio and they were very flavorful! Definitely having that again.

Excellent service from staff. Food was fresh and replenished accordingly . Food very good taste not too spicy perfect in flavor.

We tried bar ni modo the first month they opened and the drinks were amazing but the food was hit or miss. We gave it a try again tonight and it’s our new favorite local spot. They’ve rotated their menu since our last visit. Carnitas were incredible (says it feeds up to 3 but the two of us finished it no problem), guac with salsa macha was also great but the potato flautas were our favorite. We were full but contemplated ordering a second plate of flautas because they were so good. Oaxaca sunshine was our favorite drink of the night if you like passionfruit. Still thinking about those potato flautas and when we will go back before they rotate their menu again
