The cocktails were incredibly well balanced, the food was thoughtful and beautifully executed, and every course felt intentional without being pretentious. The staff was polished, warm, and genuinely attentive throughout the night. You can tell there’s serious attention to detail behind every part of the experience.     As usual the Polo lounge at Westbury Manor is elegant and the waiters are dressed in shirt and tie. The food was incredible and the atmosphere always feels classy intimate. My wife and I had our engagement party here 25 years ago. As you drive up, you are enchanted by the beautiful gardens. This place is special and highly recommended.
