I took my best friend here for her birthday and we had the most amazing experience! Firstly, as a designer the atmosphere in there is top notch. I’d do unforgivable things for that vintage lamp in the entry way. Jack was our waiter- he was incredibly knowledgeable, gave stellar recommendations, and kept us smiling the whole way through. The cocktails were expertly crafted (highly recommended both the Oaxcan on Sunshine and the Crazy Daisy) and the FOOD omg. We did the Boquet option at the $96 price point and I’m here to tell you it’s worth every penny. Jack asked us questions about our preferred tastes and started sending plates out (he nailed our composition). Chef Aiden has curated an incredible culinary experience you won’t forget. Hats off to the entire team.

Had a very nice pre-concert dinner. The daily seasonal menu was outstanding- thoroughly enjoyed the bok choi/asparagus salad and the preserved lemon butter ravioli- paired beautifully with a glass of Fiano as suggested by none other than Chef Paul himself. We’ve enjoyed several dinners at Coperta over the years- during all seasons of the year. Have always found it an inviting, fun neighborhood restaurant that has never disappointed with its offerings- no matter what our mood or cravings have been. So glad it’s still available as a delicious/accessible option in Denver and hope it continues to be appreciated and discovered.

We love sitting at the bar and ordering off the appetizer menu. The menu changes weekly and there is always something new to try. I am a somewhat fussy eater and rarely there is an item I don’t care for. Last night we loved the seafood chowder. The bar tender James is a delight to watch and he makes some fantastic cocktails. If you want cheap then skip this place, but you will miss fantastic service and amazing food.
