We visited SHIA to celebrate our honeymoon and my birthday, and it was a truly unforgettable experience filled with extraordinary food. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their wonderful hospitality. The only minor disappointment was that we couldn't meet Chef Edward Lee, whom I have been a huge fan of and always hoped to meet in person. The food was fantastic—especially the lamb dish, which was absolutely exceptional. Thank you once again for creating such a beautiful memory for us. You are simply the best!

We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Centrolina. Attentive and helpful service, fantastic food, even a free dessert to celebrate the anniversary. And we were given a mercifully quiet table. Really a perfect evening— we’ll recommend it to our friends and are eager to return.

Best dining experience I’ve had in DC. The atmosphere is perfect, the music is great but not loud enough to drown out conversation, you can still speak at a normal level and hear the person across from you. The staff were so casually polite and non-intrusive. The food was incredible and perfect. Flavor and texture were enjoyable in equal measure, and the flavors were surprising in the best way. 10/10, thank you for a great night.
