During the day, we are an all local, whole animal butcher shop & deli and at night, an intimate trattoria. Our food is regionally Mid-Atlantic while being primarily influenced by Italian cooking. We are inspired by our local farmers, their produce and the cultural diversity of Philadelphia. All of our ingredients are locally sourced except for a few spices and salt. We mill flour, make pastas & breads, and butcher proteins all in house. And now with our winery, Punk Rock Wine Co, we are making and serving our own PA grown & Philly made wines alongside beers, wines & spirits from other PA producers. Looking forward to having you!
