Exceptional food. Owner was very personable. Price was very fair. Was just shy of a two hour dinner as courses came out slowly. Each course was truly a crafted master piece.

We had a New Year's Eve dinner, and it was a lovely experience. There was a set menu, and everything we had was delicious and presented beautifully. The starter course of poached egg with cheese and truffle was a standout! Both dessert courses were also excellent. I had requested a vegetarian menu beforehand, but due to a misunderstanding, they thought I ate fish. Despite that, the staff were very accommodating and were able to adapt my menu on the fly and present excellent food. I enjoyed everything I ate. Overall, it was a great evening with amazing food. I would definitely recommend!

We visited Osteria del Tegolaio on New Year’s Eve and very much enjoyed the pre fixe menus (one was “land” with meat and the other was “sea” with fish). The food was all beautifully made with high quality ingredients and impeccable preparation. Some highlights included the steak and the salmon, as well as the seafood filled ravioli. The service was excellent; everyone there was kind and friendly and made us feel welcome.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Onde tonight. The highlight of the entire evening was our waitress, Yadda, who delivered truly outstanding service. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, elevating the entire meal from start to finish. Her professionalism and charm made the night unforgettable. The dishes were beautifully executed — the Polpetto brasato, Paccheri ai frutti di mare, and the Spiedino di molluschi e crostacei were all fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The espresso martinis were also a fantastic touch and prepared with impressive consistency. The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, and the pacing of the service was seamless. Between the quality of the food and Yadda’s exceptional care, this was easily one of my favorite meals in Florence. Highly recommend and would absolutely return
