From the moment we arrived, everything about the evening felt warm, welcoming, and memorable. The service was attentive and friendly, and every dish that came to the table was beautifully prepared. We started with a perfectly chilled bottle of pinot gris and a dozen escargot that completely exceeded expectations. The snails were nestled in an incredibly flavorful blend of butter, garlic, and fresh herbs—almost like a rich pesto tucked into each shell. I’ve never seen escargot packed with so many herbs before, and it was a brilliant touch that made the dish unforgettable. For our entrées, we both ordered the Wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, and it was outstanding. The fish was moist, buttery, and cooked to perfection, with beautifully charred skin that added just the right amount of texture and flavor. The accompanying mushrooms, asparagus, clams, and bistro rice were equally impressive—especially the mushrooms, which were so delicious I wished there had been even more on the plate. By the end of dinner we were happily stuffed, though we were seriously tempted by the dessert menu. The Pot au Chocolat and the Crème Brûlée both sounded amazing and give us a perfect excuse to return soon. This restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish, and we can’t wait to come back!

The food was fantastic--the asparagus with hollandaise, sitting on a luscious poached egg, exceptional. The service was as good, with the young waiters (especially Owen) unfailingly but unobtrusively attentive, knowledgeable, welcoming, and even witty.

The food was amazing. I was sad once my halibut meal was over. My husband had the risotto and scallops, which were cooked to perfection. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and many thanks to Matia, our server, who made our experience amazing! You all are lucky to have her. We'll be back soooon!
