- CChristopherGoldWisconsin •61 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoProof remains our go-to spot for casual dining in North Scottsdale. The ambiance, environment, and viewshed are matchless (e.g., the sun setting over Pinnacle Peak). We miss the old menu, but the prime rib was delicious. Bring back the biscuits! Patrick provided exceptional service to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience. Autumn recognized us as past guests at Proof and kindly stopped by our table to welcome us back. We will certainly be back.More infoProof$$$$• Comfort Food• North Scottsdale•4.5
