It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for traditional charm paired with top-tier service. ​The highlight of the evening was definitely the Schnitzel. It was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the preparation. It is easily some of the best I’ve ever had! ​Whether you are a local or just visiting Hannover, I highly recommend stopping by Brunnenhof. I will certainly be back for another round of that fantastic schnitzel!

    Very nice place in a great setting by the lake. The food was wonderful. Saltimbocca was wonderful even without the usual red wine reduction. The antipasti plates we all terrific as well. The price was very reasonable and well worth it.
