Best Italian Restaurants in Carver

We started going to Nostrana right after it opened almost 20 years ago-the service,food,cocktails and wine selection have always been excellent • Many of the dishes would fit perfectly in Sorrento or Firenze ,while others have a PNW style •all are delicious ••they have a great selection of Italian wines & Amaros and tasty cocktails-we prefer looking at the Amalfi Coast or Golfo di Napoli but Nostrana is on par & everyone speaks English unlike many other Great Italian Restaurants •it’s generally a 5 star experience in my opinion (and I’m fairly critical)Definitely worth a try if you’ve never been

This is the 4th time I've visited this restaurant and it is now my favorite place to dine in Milwaukie

This is such a wonderful spot and the service and food are consistently good. It is however quite chilly - even when we aren’t experiencing cold winter temperatures. The floor is concrete and the space has tall ceilings. I layered in a cotton sweater, dressy jeans, socks, left my wool bomber on and was quite comfortable. I lent my large cashmere scarf to my friend who was in a velour top but was shivering. Most of the other patrons were layered in vests and turtlenecks. Everything else about Nicloletta’s Table is fantastic and I recommend it highly…just be sure to layer up! ;)

I am obsessed with the food here! I have to say the Brûléed Squash and Burrata was soooo tasty!! The crispy chicken confit’ also was amazing, it was so tender. It just fell right off the bone. The skin was perfectly crisp. We were celebrating our 13th anniversary and they brought us a couple of complementary glasses of bubbly with some Italian wedding cookies. Grazie Mille!! Will definitely be back

Server was great. Restaurant was noisy. Pizza was nothing special but ok. Drinks were good and i appreciated them letting me sample their wine before purchasing a glass.
