    When I visit Westchester each summer, I dine at Basso56 as often as possible. No restaurant does Caprese better! Each pasta dish is delicious with very inventive ingredients. And, the shrimp scampi is phenomenal. The service is attentive and welcoming.

    The food, service, and atmosphere is terrific. The wait staff are very friendly, the food tastes like home cooking, substitutions are welcome. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, updated and clean. A nice upgrade in ownership. Worth the ride from Armonk. Can’t wait to go back.

    Always greeted very nicely at the door and was able to select our table. It was Monday evening at 5PM and the restaurant was very quiet. The menu is quite extensive and the portions are generous. I ordered eggplant parm in a vodka sauce and rigatoni. It was divine as was the pistachio gelato for dessert. My dining companions had chicken parm with pasta and tiramisu and chocolate ice cream for dessert. Also divine! The waiter and server were courteous, welcoming and pleasant. This is our go to neighborhood restaurant.

    What a wonderful (re)addition to town! The food, ambiance and service are all top notch. The new owners (two awesome brothers) could not be more welcoming. This space, known as the old Casa Rina, has been completely updated and is a perfect location for drinks, lunch or any size party!
