We made reservations in advance and were required to place a $50 per person deposit, which was applied to our final bill the day of our visit. Since everything is made fresh to order, the restaurant takes your entire order at once, which helps ensure a smooth dining experience. We started with the baked clams, which were delicious. For our entrées, we ordered the carbonara and the veal Parmesan topped with stacked eggplant and sweet peppers. Every dish was cooked to perfection, with excellent flavor and quality ingredients. The ambiance was also very enjoyable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that complemented the meal perfectly. Between the outstanding food, attentive service, and pleasant setting, Martorano's delivered a memorable dining experience. Our server, Shirlein, was excellent; great presence, sense of humor, great recommendations! We had the pear salad, calabrese pizza & bolognese… all very good! Francesca came by the table a couple times to assure we felt welcomed and that all was well. It’s almost like fine dining with fair pricing - great business model hence explaining why it’s always packed . Food good . Service good .
