    Just an incredible experience all the way around - the restaurant setting is small & intimate. The food and service were impeccable. Highly recommend the Edo Caesar and Otoro Aburi as starters. The Kaizan sashimi was a wonderful mix as well!

    Outstanding. Met a client there for lunch and we both selected Prix Fixe option. Yellowtail Jalapeno', Black Cod, Waygu Hangar Steak with Wasabi Chimichurri accompanied by delicate tempura style presentation of mushrooms and onions, balanced sauces, expertly prepared Salmon with Roasted Cauliflower. Perfect portions; more than satiating for lunch appetite. Blissful top off at the end with Peruvian Vanilla Gelato and a vanilla/ lavender Mochi. Service was gracious from hostess to the server and food run staff. The ambience of the hotel and restaurant are next level with a seductive, modern, elevated welcome. 10/10 all the way - highly recommend and will be back for (several) more meals. Kudos to the chefs, staff.
