    The food at Sette is delicious. While it is primarily Italian, they like to experiment. Today we tried Bao Buns with Skirt Steak. They were cooked in an Asian style and were outstanding. The buns were among the best we even tasted and the steak filling was delicious. I had the Blackened Scallops over Rissotto. It was a blend of Cajun seared scallops and Italian risotto. Both were delicious. My wife had the Miso Lamb Lollipops. Again, a blend of Asian spices on three perfectly cooked double lamb ribs. It was served over eggplant. It was quite tasty. We finished with a refreshing Affogato. The restaurant is BYOB but it also offers a limited wine menu and mocktails. If there is a shortcoming, it is the service. It's a bit erratic. A couple who were seated and ordered after us received their appetizer before us. In fact, they got their entree at the same time we got our appetizer. After we finished our entrees, it took a while before our dishes were cleared, and even longer to get the dessert menu, and then to place the dessert order. They need to step up the training of their servers.
