In the past because of a certain waitress, the experience made me shy away from Chop.. I used to really love Chop’s food and service.. But this time a star waitress saved Chop.. And Chop’s chefs are awesome as well! Last night dining experience in Chop regained all my confidence in Chop.. Food is pure perfection… Very tasty, fresh, generous potion.. Every dish is actually very very yummy!! Sam the waitress is so welcoming and friendly.. Management team, you guys need to give Sam a raise!! And thanks for seating me at my usual favourite table even without my asking.. Good job, Sam and the chef team as well as the receptionist team and table booking person! Please keep up your good work!! I definitely will be coming back to Chop to dine. I love this restaurant.

We had a wonderful dining experience, my wife and I. We are getting ready to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Holly was our server. She made our day. She was so informative of the menu and directed us to the perfect meal. The steaks were cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed everything. Holly was awesome!.

Great Blue Heron is always an inviting place--cozy in bad weather, gorgeous with sun--that combines resort sophistication with community hangout. I requested a variation on listed plates, which was immediately accommodated by a courteous, eager server. My wife was served a birthday freebie. Best of all, they serve my favorite albariño wine.
