    Eaten here multiple times, even though the area is full of top pub/restaurants, this place really should be on your list. Food is varied and excellent. The lunch meal deal of a slightly smaller main plus drink for £13.50 is fantastic value.

    Booked here and had a beautiful meal for my birthday, the place was stunning, so relaxing, traditional and with gorgeous food! The service was amazing and she couldnt do enough for us, the log fire was on and the tables all had throws provided to keep you warm and cosy, it wasn't too busy and it was the perfect place for a cosy birthday meal, gorgeous outside seating area overlooking the canal which would be stunning on a hot day, would highly recommend

    We were made to feel very welcome. Our party of 10 that came staggered through the day to watch the racing at Cheltenham had a great day. The food was fresh and tasty, the atmosphere was great with some fab winners, someone got a 50-1 win Would recommend getting in touch if you have a larger party to get your own little section of the pub. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff Thank you to the staff for giving us a great afternoon
