From the moment we pulled up for valet until the moment we left, Steak 48 delivered an exceptional experience. We were greeted warmly, seated promptly for our 5:00 PM reservation, and even given the choice of a white or black napkin so it wouldn’t interfere with our outfits—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. The service was outstanding. Our server expertly explained both the menu and off-menu options, making us feel well taken care of without ever feeling rushed. Our steaks arrived on warm plates that were still sizzling when we moved them to cut into them—absolutely perfect. Every detail throughout the meal was impressive. Fresh cutlery was provided for each course, the table was quietly cleared and crumbed between services, and when we finished, our leftovers were professionally boxed for us. Before dessert, we were given hot lavender towels to freshen our hands, followed by delicious dessert and complimentary bite-sized chocolate chip cookies. The experience didn’t end there. After we paid, valet had our car ready, opened both doors for us, and handed each of us a bottled water for the drive home. The next day, I even received a follow-up phone call to make sure we enjoyed our experience. I unfortunately missed the call, but that level of customer care says everything. Steak 48 isn’t just a great steakhouse—it’s an experience. Every detail is intentional, and the hospitality is second to none. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

It was my son and I and we were celebrating his birthday and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and wished my son a happy birthday! Our waitress was so incredibly friendly and helpful and made the experience that much more enjoyable. We love this place and my son is now obsessed with the sushi! We will be back!
