My husband‘s salad was bright and very enjoyable. I ordered the appetizer size steamed mussels with pomme frites. But the idea of putting the frites on top of the mussels so that many of them slide into the broth making them gummy and inedible is really not a good idea. Everyone enjoyed the ambiance, the attentiveness and friendliness of the servers and gauchos, the taste of the food, and the overall atmosphere. I love to share when I have great experiences, and so I am glad to have been able to introduce people to how wonderful Fogo de Châo is. Started off with the fig crostini, followed by the clams which were both outstanding! It was pasta nite, so we had the spaghetti carbonara and the crab linguini, both fantastic!
