Best Shellfish Restaurants in West Babylon

I visited the Red Lobster on April 5th and had an overall positive experience, despite a bit of a rough start. When we arrived, there was no one at the booth to greet us, even though we had a reservation, so we had to wait a little longer than expected to be seated. Once we were seated, things definitely improved. Our waiter—unfortunately I can’t recall if his name was Darryl or Darnell—was very attentive, helpful, and made great suggestions throughout our visit. We didn’t order much, but one of our meals included a main lobster tail along with another type of lobster tail. The second one didn’t appear to be fully cooked, which was a bit concerning. However, our waiter handled it professionally by quickly involving the manager. The manager resolved the issue promptly by replacing the dish and even offering a complimentary dessert, which was greatly appreciated. That level of care and responsiveness really made a difference. By the time we left, we felt satisfied and well taken care of. Despite the initial hiccup, I would definitely consider returning.

Love the crab legs my favorite, waitress Ana. Maria is the best can’t say enough about her.

First time in a while. Extremely happy with the new chicken dish. Extremely happy with Olga the waitress. It was Christmas day and must say Olga was AWESOME and friendly and nice. All I will say is thank you being open Christmas day. I will also say this, never forget the people who worked on Christmas day for you !!! Merry Christmas The Mueller family
