This restaurant just happened to be right by where I was attending a work meeting in DC so it was very convenient - and turned out to be a wonderful meal! The bread and pasta were fresh and the sauces were were perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and attentive. I come to the area a couple times per year and will definitely be back!

Divino is a lovely and lively neighborhood Italian restaurant. My wife and I shared a salad and an entree. The kitchen brought out the salad already split on two plates which we appreciated. It was a wonderfully tasting salad. The main entree was brought out on an iron skillet. I assumed the server would have perceived that we did not have plates and it hardly seemed reasonable that we would be eating our entree from the same skillet. I had to flag him down to ask for two plates which was a little weird. Now, let me be clear - this server was not our main one but one who brought the entree out. The main server was good and attentive. With the minor service blemish it prevented my rating from being a 5 for service. However, the food and atmosphere was great and it is a place that we will come to as we settle down in Washington DC. Thank you Divino!!!
