As of 4/23/26, Bar Siesta will be Bar Besito! We are Spanish-Californian tapas & wine bar in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Our tapas menu references Spanish cuisine, while being rooted in seasonal Californian produce and exceptional West Coast products. Our all-Spanish beverage program celebrates Spanish wine, vermouth, sherry and cider. We are a group of restaurant industry veterans doing this for the love of food, wine, community, and hospitality - restaurateur Heather Sperling, beverage director Pierluc Dallaire & chef Keith Phillips. Reservations are available in our cozy dining room, at the bar, and on our covered, heated front patio. Our sidewalk patio is always open for walk-ins.
